Christine Chapman
Chief Operating Officer

Christine Chapman has been the Chief Operating Officer of TrakHealth since 2005. Prior to joining TrakHealth, she held the position of Service Executive Director at InterSystems, working with customers world wide. During her career, she has held many senior positions including Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Picis Inc, an international healthcare company focused on critical care, operating theatre and emergency services as well as Vice President of the eHealth Services Division for Superior Consultant and in several executive capacities within Compucare. Chapman holds a Bachelor in Mathematics from Mount Holyoke College (USA).

Darren Jones
Director of Worldwide Markets

Darren Jones joined TrakHealth in 2001 as Regional Director, Asia Pacific.  In 2007 he was appointed Director of Worldwide Markets, managing worldwide sales activity for TrakHealth. Jones has over 20 years of healthcare IT experience in both vendor and delivery organizations in roles encompassing all aspects of IT, including development, implementation, support services, sales and business development.  Prior to TrakHealth, Jones worked for six years at IBA Health, rising to the position of General Manager, Australia & New Zealand.  Previously, he worked for Australian Hospital Care Group.  Jones holds a Bachelor of Applied Science with a major in IT from Swinburne University in Melbourne (Australia).

Kate Prangley
Operations Director

As Operations Director for TrakHealth, Kate Prangley has responsibility for worldwide implementations and support for the TrakCare product. Initially joining TrakHealth in 2001 and then again in 2005, Prangley left for a short period and held the position of Programme Director for PACS at CfH. Prior to TrakHealth, Prangley spent 10 years at McKesson as Director of Client Services with a focus on pre-sales and overall responsibility for delivery of all projects to both the private sector and NHS market. Prangley is a qualified nurse having spent time in the British Army on overseas posts.

John Basile
Director of Client Technical Services & Support

As Director of Client Technical Services and Support, John Basile is responsible for worldwide customer technical support for the TrakCare product. John joined InterSystems in 1995 and has played key roles in a variety of technical teams, including Quality Assurance and Development. He also managed the US Government Support Centre, a dedicated group providing 24/7 technical support and services to over 500 hospitals and 1200 clinics in the USA. John studied computer science at Northeastern University in Boston.

Simon Player
Director of Product Development

Simon Player has been with TrakHealth since September 1995. Coming on board as the Research and Development Manager, Player moved into his current role as head of product development in February 2005. Current responsibilities include transforming Product Management concepts into software and ensuring rigorous internal quality assurance and field testing prior to market release. Before TrakHealth, Player held a number of senior software development positions in companies such as SMS UK, Shell Hong Kong, Shell International and AT&T Istel and Computer Design Systems, both in the United Kingdom and Hong Kong. Player has completed a Bachelor in Computing and Information Systems from the University of Manchester (England).

Bill Mackie
Regional Director

Bill Mackie is responsible for operations throughout the UK.  With over 40 years of healthcare experience, Mackie has held sales and marketing management roles with the CDS Group, Citation and UHS, leading providers of clinical departmental systems including laboratory and radiology. Mackie moved into healthcare systems supply following many years of experience in a variety of senior Biomedical Scientist roles around the world and is a Fellow of the Institute of Biomedical Sciences (FIBMS).
