TrakCare CIS allows authorised healthcare professionals to review, plan and document all clinical aspects of patient care on-line and in real time. Diagnostic procedures, treatments and consultation records are entered directly into the patient’s and orders can be sent to the service provider electronically or they can be printed.

TrakCare CIS Foundation, like all other TrakCare modules, is built on the Electronic Patient Record (EPR) and allows the capture, display, and analysis of patient centric information facilitating better patient care.

TrakCare CIS can be implemented as a standalone product, integrated with existing systems (e.g. PAS) or in parallel with one or more TrakCare stand-alone modules.
