TrakCare Patient Administration System


TrakCare Patient Administration System (PAS) automates the workflows associated with inpatient, outpatient and emergency patient populations to ensure the administrative needs of institutional and community based healthcare organisations are met. 

Administrative personnel are provided with the tools to capture data, coordinate and manage patient encounters across the continuum of care in an intelligent, efficient and automated way.

TrakHealth OTM, like all other TrakCare Modules is built on the Electronic Patient Record (EPR) and allows the capture, display, and analysis of patient centric information facilitating better patient care. Information relating to pre-assessment, clinic attendances, emergency attendances, past admissions and the services provided as part of these events is available for viewing in the patient’s EPR.

TrakCare PAS is available as a stand-alone product. It can also be integrated with legacy systems or in parallel with one or more TrakCare modules such as Maternity or Emergency Management.

All PAS functionality starts with PAS Foundation which includes Inpatient Management, Outpatient Management, Medical Records Tracking and Coding, Waiting List and Recall management.

Optional modules include Maternity, Operating Theatre Management and Patient/Client Billing with TrakCare Community and Emergency also available as stand-alone modules.
